Return policy
All returns require prior authorization. Customers must label the outside of the package with the Return Authorization Number provided by Customer Service and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Customers should return the package so that it is insured and traceable via UPS, FedEx Ground or US Mail Prepaid. Returns should be sent to:

Any damaged or defective video or DVD, program or component within 60 days, with proof of purchase. We will replace it — FREE OF CHARGE — as long as we offer that title for sale.
Public performance policy for video or DVD programs
- Program may be shown within one building with purchase of program.
- To broadcast outside of one building, additional cost and written permission is necessary.
- Programs may not be duplicated without additional cost and written permission.
Digital delivery
Sunburst Visual Media is now offering digital rights licenses to schools, school districts, and regional media centers for over 800 award-winning Sunburst Visual Media titles. Flexible terms including length of licenses and formats are available.
A digital license includes the right to use programs with whatever digital media system you are using within your building, district, or from your regional media center. In addition, you receive the right to transmit video content both synchronously and asynchronously, as well as public performance rights.
